Mohamed

Mohamed founded Yakoota in 2022 and has since been the legal and operational head of the company. He oversees Research & development, as well as relation with Partners and regulators.
Prior to Yakoota, Mohamed has over 25 years of global experience in the insurance industry, with a special focus on actuarial underwriting, risk management, and strategy perspectives. He has consistently built bridges with the academic world to developing research & development and innovation.
Mohamed serves on the board of directors of the National School of Statistics and Economic Administration (ENSAE-IPP) .
He holds a Ph.D. in microeconomics of insurance from EHESS and is a qualified actuary from the Institute of Actuaries. He is a graduate of ENSAE-IPP.
Laëtitia
Partner
Laëtitia joined Yakoota in October 2022 as a Partner. She oversees R&D related to rating definition.
With over 15 years of experience in insurance, particularly in pricing, underwriting, and risk monitoring for savings and health products, Laëtitia is an expert in leveraging data for decision-making in insurance.
Laëtitia holds a degree in econometrics from La Sorbonne – Paris.
Aymeric
Data Scientist
Aymeric joined Yakoota in September 2022 as a data scientist. He leads the technical implementation of Yakoota rating and oversees the selection of key technologies and infrastructures for our technological solutions.
Prior to Yakoota, he has five years of experience in data science applied to finance, as well as a an entrepreneurial experience in treasury management.
Aymeric holds a degree in Banking and Financial Engineering from ESSCA.
Junji
Data Scientist
Junji joined Yakoota in October 2024 as a Data Scientist. He contributes to the backend development of the Yakoota software.
Junji graduated from Université Paris-Dauphine – PSL and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science for Data Science from Université Paris-Saclay.

Noah
Data Scientist
Noah joined Yakoota in September 2025 as a Data Science intern. He is contributing to the development of our AI solution designed to structure and validate servicing quality data, which is used in our ratings and underwriting solutions.
Noah is an engineering student at Centrale Lille.

Patrice
Partner
Patrice joined Yakoota in June 2023 as a Partner. He oversees relations with Yakoota customers and contributes to the business validation of Yakoota’s rating.
Patrice has over 30 years of international experience, particularly in the design, pricing, and management of property and liability insurance products.
Patrice is an actuary and an engineering graduate of École Centrale Lille.
